Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

Signing up to the website is free but access to the online course requires payment via PayPal. We reserve the right to change the cost of all courses at any time without notice. If you wish to purchase any service made available through the website you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name and email address. These will be stored confidentially and securely according to current GDPR guidelines. We will never use or manipulate data for commercial use, purely for the purposes of support. A membership to the site is perpetual for the duration that the site remains active - as does access to our online courses which are not time-bound.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes unlawful and improper use of the portal, including use of copyright materials.

Content

Lesson resources and materials are strictly for personal viewing only. Anybody attempting to copy, amend or share these resources without permission, in breach of these terms and conditions, will have their account suspended and may be prosecuted.
Our Service contains forums which allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the comments and material shared in these sections.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the service and these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
